This is such a nice hotel. The hosts are amazing and go above and beyond. The breakfast is perfect with everything you need. The room is clean and the beds are very comfortable, with everything you need. I would recommend this place and will be coming back too.

Stayed here last Oct. 31 to Nov. 5. Hotel Alison is now our home away from home in Paris! It is very cozy! Everything's clean and quiet. Room 31, beside the elevator, fits 3 people with 3 luggages and 3 handcarries. The staff is very nice, very friendly and very helpful. They are like family! We enjoyed their fresh breads and hot choco every breakfast. There is a minimart a few steps in front. The Madeleine theater is located beside the hotel, and many near by restaurants. If you love shopping at Rue Fauborg (Hermes, Chanel, Gucci, YSL, and many more), the hotel is just around the corner. The area feels safe and quiet as the residential area of the prime minister is just 2 blocks away. There are many wonderful sites near by. We would definitely go back here. This is now our favorite hotel in Paris!! Thank you!!

I had read other reviews about the cleanliness of the hotel, but didn't fully believe it until I experienced it myself. This was probably one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. It was also perfectly situated to allow us to walk to many of the notable sites in Paris (we're big walkers) - the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, the Champs Elysees, the Arch de Triumph...and more. Nothing was more than a 50 minute walk and along the way you get to really explore Paris. The staff at the hotel, especially Florence and Philippe (and another lady whose name I sadly didn't get), were very accommodating and helpful. My only disappointment was that it was in such a quiet area that we felt we missed some of the cafe and shopping action, although, again, nothing was too far to walk to.

Perfect hotel for my first trip to Paris!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my stay at the Hotel Alison! I had emailed them about a month before I arrived and Florence got back to me. This was my very first trip to Paris and went by myself. When I arrived they thankfully were able to check me in early, which was very much appreciated after an overnight flight from NYC. I had a solo room, perfect size for me. Comfortable bed, plenty of room to store my belongings (hanging space and shelves in the small closet at the end of the bed). Clean bathroom, great shower pressure. The hairdryer is one of those older models, but I managed ok. Too scared to bring my own and blow the power! The staff was super nice, really great meeting Florence in person! Great location, I could basically walk to everything and there are plenty of close subway stations. I had breakfast three out of my 5 mornings and was very happy with it. I felt safe in the neighborhood, even in the evening.

I travel a lot to Paris on business and, after lots of disappointing 4 star hotel stays, this 3 star hotel was a wonderful surprise. Spotless, quiet rooms with much more space than 4 star Parisian hotels, a proper bathroom with a shower and bathtub, delicious breakfast and friendly, welcoming staff. Just five minutes walk from Place de la Concorde and near lots of great restaurants and shops, too. Highly recommended.
